BASSOT
Born in Moulins in Bourbonnais (France) in 1948, Michel studied mathematics and economic sciences at the University of Sciences of Clermont-Ferrand.
Then he devoted himself to the artistical world and got the national diploma of engraving with distinction.
From now on, he divides up his life between education (teacher at the Fine-Arts university), organization of exhibitions, creation and restoration of stained-glass windows, writing and his personal artistic work, painting, sculpture, drawing, engraving.
Many of his paintings were acquired by Pierre Argillet for his Surrealism museum (Vaux-le-Pénil castle), by the Fond Départemental d'Art du Puy-de-Dôme and by private collectors.
