Born in Guadalajara Jal. Mexico on Jan. 29th 1975.
José slowly developed a style based on the Spanish baroque reproductions made at his father’s studio, where he joined at the age of 16. The drama, light and ornate compositions would blend with the contemporary magic realism after the contact with Neil Zukerman in NY.

Nowadays his works have been displayed in France, Denmark, Netherlands, U.S. Canada and Mexico and he’s participated in catalogs and hard cover books worldwide.
